abroad to source new products.
With the continuing popularity of ethnic style fashions & furnishings, we have
found virtually all of our lines, and especially, Chimes, Dream Catchers, Mirrors,
Candles & Jewellery
are selling better than ever.
We try to keep our price to you as low as possible ensuring you a good mark-up,
Many of our lines are sold in small mixed quantities, helping to give you the
widest selection without having to hold large stocks. Most items
show a (rrp) recommended retail price , this is for guidance only, we list it
as many new customers say they find it useful.
To help keep costs and prices down we specialise in operating by Mail Order.
Goods are dispatched to you on receipt of your order accompanied with payment.
Please add VAT at the current rate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please notify us within seven days of delivery of missing or damaged goods in writing or via E mail (telephone calls are not valid) otherwise we must repudiate any claim.
Please if possible include photographs of damaged items or packaging, this helps if it is a courier issue.
Items will be either replaced or your account credited with the respective amount (excludes sale items)
Credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
If goods returned that are claimed to be damaged / faulty but we find are not, they will be returned to you at your cost.
All items can be exchanged within seven days of receipt
if you are not entirely satisfied. Please contact us via E mail listing your returns (telephone calls are not valid).
However the items must be returned to us in the condition that you received them (and all packaging) and are re - saleable otherwise a handling fee of 25% cost price will apply. All returns of this nature are at your cost and credits (only) will only be passed against the cost of the goods not carriage.
Credits for returned goods that are not faulty or damaged are valid for one year from issue date.
We do not offer refunds except in very exceptional circumstances.
