We supply goods to the UK, Eire and Europe and now also USA & Canada. Please read the appropriate section below!

We aim (and almost always succeed) to provide all items from current stock. We operate a rapid, fast Express Delivery (UK Mainland only) service with goods being sent either by First Class Mail or Next Day courier service (no Weekend delivery). Many of our customers comment upon the fast efficient service they receive from us. We do not take your money and wait weeks to send your goods. If we receive your order and payment before 2pm (see below Order Deadlines) it will be sent the same day.

Since 1993 we have given our customers the best, reliable and fast Mail Order service that they demand. REMEMBER NO MINIMUM ORDER

Carriage Charges

Please choose the right delivery method. If in doubt please contact us. If you choose the wrong delivery service we reserve the right to charge the correct rate without notice.

UK MAINLAND :

JEWELLERY ONLY ORDERS - We still offer no carriage charge for Jewellery and cotton bracelets and accessories, however, due to some items being lost by Royal Mail, we now offer a recorded delivery service for Jewellery items for a nominal fee of £2.50. We strongly recommend you take this option as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post!
NEW We also offer a guaranteed 48 HOUR delivery with a courier service at £5.00 upto £75.00 before VAT. Over £75.00 the delivery is sent by courier FOC.

GIFTWARE - For Giftware, Sarongs, Hats and Bags which are bulkier and heavier we have a fixed charge of £7.50 for next day delivery between 8.00am & 6.00pm (sorry we cannot guarantee times with this service).
If your order is over £200 (exc. VAT) net on the total of the order, then the standard 8.00am - 6.00pm carriage option is FREE (UK only). Orders are sent by Express courier and usually delivered the next working day.
Emergency Saturday deliveries are £25.00 what ever the order value!

BEFORE NOON or 9.00am - If you reqiure a timed service, this is available at £10.00 for a before noon delivery or £15.00 before 9.00am. whatever order value. Please choose them from the dropdown box in the cart section.

ISLE OF WIGHT : customers carriage is £15.00 and delivered Standard 2 - 3 delivery.
ISLE OF MAN : customers carriage is £20.00 and delivered Standard 2 - 3 delivery.

NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS : carriage is £20.00 and delivered Standard 2 - 3 delivery.

CHANNEL ISLANDS, EUROPE & IRELAND : Giftware & Jewellery carriage is charged at 20% of the order value or £20GBP if under £200GBP. Free delivery for orders over £500GBP. Please contact us for accurate rates. Delivery is normally approx. 3 days.

USA & CANADA : We will ship goods to anywhere in North America, but please be aware we need to contact you with carriage costs as these depend on weight & volume. Remember all our prices are in £ GBP so you will have to convert at the current rate. All import and customs charges are your responsibility. We ship via Fed Ex and it can take upto two weeks. If in doubt please contact us.

Credit Card Surcharge - As of 23 March 2007 there will be a £2.50 surcharge to all orders that are paid by credit card under £10.00 (ex VAT & carriage).

 

EUROPEAN CUSTOMER PAYMENTS

We have opened a Euro account for our European customers. So when you have ordered please contact us to forward bank details and IBAN number to you and you can transfer directly into our account. We convert at a rate of £1.00 = E1.50 (subject to rate changes).

Order Deadlines

Please order before 2.00pm for next day giftware orders and 3.00pm for first class jewellery orders. After this time we cannot guarantee next day delivery.
Remember, unless specified (see above), giftware orders placed on a Friday (after 2.00pm) or over the weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday (bank holidays exepted).

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Please notify us within seven days of delivery of missing or damaged goods in writing or via E mail (telephone calls are not valid) otherwise we must repudiate any claim.
Please if possible include photographs of damaged items or packaging, this helps if it is a courier issue.
Items will be either replaced or your account credited with the respective amount (excludes sale items)
Credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
If goods returned that are claimed to be damaged / faulty but we find are not, they will be returned to you at your cost.

All items can be exchanged within seven days of receipt if you are not entirely satisfied. Please contact us via E mail listing your returns (telephone calls are not valid).
However the items must be returned to us in the condition that you received them (and all packaging) and are re - saleable otherwise a handling fee of 25% cost price will apply. All returns of this nature are at your cost and credits (only) will only be passed against the cost of the goods not carriage.

Credits for returned goods that are not faulty or damaged are valid for one year from issue date.
We do not offer refunds except in very exceptional circumstances.

We do try to be fair with returns however we have in the past had customers try to claim for damages that weren't and also try to claim credits 3 years after the return. We strictly adhere to these, we feel, small rules and we respectively ask that you do too.

Shopping Cart. Our easy to use site has a shopping cart which you can use to make on line orders, showing all current in stock items. It will calculate your order total, shipping and VAT. You are required to choose your delivery area so it can caculate the correct shipping charge. Please note if your order is for Jewellery ONLY (which is carriage free) choose the option of 'Jewellery only' otherwise you will be charged for shipping. We do take card details online, we can contact you for payment details or you can phone us on 01283 543110 or fax us on 01283 543120. Never send us your details by email.
