We supply goods to the UK, Eire and Europe. Please read the appropriate section below!

We aim, and almost always succeed, to provide all items from current
stock.
We operate a rapid, fast UK Mainland only service with goods
being sent either by :
Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class
First Class Mail Recorded
Express Delivery courier service
Our New "Quote Me Happy" service which is RM Standard Parcel
Many of our customers comment upon the fast efficient
service they receive from us. We do not take your money and wait weeks
to send your goods. If we receive your order and payment before Noon (see below Order Deadlines)
it will be sent the same day.
Since 1993 we have given our customers the best, reliable and fast Mail Order
service that they demand. REMEMBER NO MINIMUM ORDER
NEW - "QUOTE ME HAPPY" DELIVERY OPTION.
If you want to place a small giftware order or are not sure which which delivery option to choose. Just click on the "Quote Me Happy" option in the cart. We will then quote you on the delivery costs for that order! We can't guarantee that it will be cheaper than the standard carriage charge but at no point will you be charged more than £12.00.
"Quote Me Happy" carriage will be sent by Royal Mail standard parcel and can take upto five days for delivery!
Carriage Charges
Please choose the right delivery method. If in doubt please contact us. If you choose the wrong delivery service we reserve the right to charge the correct rate without notice.
JEWELLERY ONLY ORDERS - Jewellery only orders are FREE to any UK postcode.
We ALSO offer a recorded delivery service for Jewellery items for a nominal fee of £2.50. We strongly recommend you take this option as we do not accept responsibility for items lost in the post!
UK MAINLAND (not Highlands, Islands or N.I.) GIFTWARE - For Giftware, Sarongs, Hats and Bags which
are bulkier and heavier we have a fixed charge of £12.00 delivery between 8.00am & 6.00pm (sorry we cannot guarantee times with this service) Monday-Friday.
This may go either with a courier or 1st Class Recorded Royal Mail.
If your
order is over £200 (exc. VAT) net on the total of the order, then the standard 8.00am - 6.00pm
carriage option is FREE (UK Mainland only).
Orders are sent by Express courier.
Emergency Saturday deliveries are £45.00 what ever the order value!
ISLE OF WIGHT & ISLE OF MAN :
carriage is £25.00 for all orders and delivered
Standard 4 - 5 day delivery.
NORTHERN IRELAND, HIGHLANDS & ISLANDS :
carriage is £25.00. for all orders and delivered
Standard 4 - 7 day delivery.
CHANNEL ISLANDS :
carriage is £30.00. for all orders and delivered
Standard 4 - 7 day delivery

EUROPEAN CUSTOMER PAYMENTS
We have opened a Euro account for our European customers. So when you have ordered please contact us to forward bank details and IBAN number to you and you can transfer directly into our account. We convert at current rate.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Please notify us within seven days of delivery of missing or damaged goods in writing or via E mail (telephone calls are not valid) otherwise we must repudiate any claim.
Please if possible include photographs of damaged items or packaging, this helps if it is a courier issue.
Items will be either replaced or your account credited with the respective amount (excludes sale items)
Credits are valid for twelve months from the date of issue.
If goods returned that are claimed to be damaged / faulty but we find are not, they will be returned to you at your cost.
All items can be exchanged within seven days of receipt
if you are not entirely satisfied. Please contact us via E mail listing your returns (telephone calls are not valid).
However the items must be returned to us in the condition that you received them (and all packaging) and are re - saleable otherwise a handling fee of 25% cost price will apply. All returns of this nature are at your cost and credits (only) will only be passed against the cost of the goods not carriage.
Credits for returned goods that are not faulty or damaged are valid for one year from issue date.
We do not offer refunds except in very exceptional circumstances.

Shopping Cart. Our easy to use site has a shopping
cart which you can use to make on line orders, showing all current
in stock items. It will calculate your order total, shipping and VAT.
You are required to choose your delivery area so it can caculate the
correct shipping charge. Please note if your order is for Jewellery
ONLY (which is carriage free) choose the option of 'Jewellery only'
otherwise you will be charged for shipping. We do take card details
online, we can contact you for payment details. Never send us your details
by email.
